JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a diversified group with established operations in outdoor advertising and property development across the UAE. With a strong market presence and a commitment to excellence, they are looking for an experienced

Human Resources Manager

to lead and evolve the HR function across all business units.

This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven background in both the

manufacturing (signage)

and

real estate

industries. The successful candidate will drive HR strategy, compliance, and operational excellence, while fostering a performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group's vision and business objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement across the organization. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all business units. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent from relevant sectors. Oversee employer branding, onboarding, and employee assimilation programs. Design and execute a comprehensive performance management framework, including KPIs and regular performance reviews. Develop individual development plans and succession pipelines to retain high-potential talent. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce capability. Develop competitive and equitable compensation structures. Conduct salary benchmarking and manage benefits in line with UAE market trends. Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with UAE labor law. Ensure full legal compliance across all HR operations including visa processes, labor documentation, and PRO activities. Regularly update and enforce HR policies and procedures based on legal and industry changes. Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records in compliance with legal standards. Lead internal HR audits and ensure data integrity across all HR systems. Utilize ERP-based HRMS for efficient HR service delivery (prior experience preferred).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

International HR certifications

such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, HRCI (SPHRi/GPHR), or equivalent

are mandatory

.

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in both

advertising

and

real estate development

sectors within the GCC. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices in industrial and property development settings. Experience working with ERP-based HRMS systems is a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Expertise in managing organizational change and workforce transformation. Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and professionalism Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Urdu / Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
