Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR functions within the telecom sector, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent across various telecom departments. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding for telecom-related roles. Manage employee relations, providing support for conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific HR standards. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in the telecom sector. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, implementing development plans to foster growth within the company.

Job Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the telecom sector, with a solid understanding of industry-specific HR needs. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and recruitment strategies within the telecom industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage HR operations. Ability to manage multiple HR functions and adapt to changing business needs. Experience with HR software and tools, including performance management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. * A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
