Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and employee development. Daily tasks include managing HR policies, conducting interviews, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Recruitment and staffing strategies experience Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Skills in developing and conducting employee development programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Previous experience in the real estate industry is must Strong Broker Network Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
