Ironclad Special Vehicles is looking for an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This role requires expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and general HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor regulations.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and support engagement initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Coordinate performance management, training, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3-4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry within the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Valid UAE driving license & own vehicle (mandatory).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
