Compensation and Benefits



Salary Management

: Develop and manage competitive salary structures and compensation packages.

Benefits Administration

: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Payroll Management

: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Compliance and Legal Affairs

Policy Development
