Job Description
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations for a BNPL fintech company in Qatar. The HR Manager will ensure talent strategy, organizational development, compliance, and workforce engagement are aligned with both company goals and local labor regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in HR, preferably within fintech, tech startups, or financial services.
Must be currently based in Qatar
andfamiliar with Qatar Labour Law and immigration processes.
