Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates for a Human Resources Manager at Crystal Time Awards. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day human resource tasks, such as recruiting, hiring, training, and employee relations, to support the company's workforce needs.
Qualifications
Recruiting, Hiring, and Training skills Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and Regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in performance management and employee development Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
