Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of teaching and non-teaching staff
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Manage payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance systems
Ensure HR policies are in line with UAE labor law and school standards
Facilitate performance management and staff appraisal processes
Coordinate professional development programs and training sessions
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Ensure timely renewals of contracts, visas, and insurance
Collaborate with school leadership on staffing and organizational planning
Support in staff engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a school or educational institution (Mandatory)
Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Candidates residing in Ajman or Sharjah preferred
Must be able to join immediately
