Touq Property Services Company is expanding its team! We're looking for a passionate and experienced Male HR Officer to join us in Abu Dhabi and help drive our people strategy forward.

As an HR Officer at Touq Property Services, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assisting with performance management and training initiatives
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Supporting employee engagement and welfare programs
Handling payroll coordination and benefits administration
Acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
