About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function within the Real Estate Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that support our company's growth -- with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Drive the recruitment and selection process for real estate agents and other key roles, ensuring top talent acquisition.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with business expansion goals.

Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and implement effective HR strategies.

Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices in accordance with UAE labour laws.

Enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Manage HR systems, reporting, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Represent the company professionally and foster a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the real estate or property sector.

Strong recruitment background and familiarity with UAE labour laws.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
