Job Description

We're hiring an experienced HR Manager for our client within the Tech Industry to take ownership of country-level HR operations. This is a standalone role suited to someone confident managing end-to-end HR functions - including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and operational HR. YouaEUR(TM)ll be the go-to advisor for local leadership, working closely with both regional and global teams to drive HR strategy while ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted HR partner to local leadership and align people plans with business goals Lead and develop a small local HR team to ensure smooth operations Oversee policies, governance, compliance, and employee relations matters Partner with internal teams on recruitment, talent development, and succession planning Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives Support and coordinate payroll processes and benefit administration Lead internal communications and change management activities Monitor HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field Proven HR experience across talent, recruitment, ER & operations Comfortable working independently and in a matrix/global environment Confident managing stakeholders at all levels Strong understanding of UAE labour law HRIS & payroll system knowledge Must have a HRBP/ Senior HR background within the technology industry. This is a strategic and hands-on role in a growing business with a team of 30-50 people locally.
