We are a leading Telecom & IT company seeking an experienced
HR Operations Manager
to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HR operational experience, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable).
Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation.
Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with company standards.
Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee relations matters.
Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
Work closely with management to support manpower planning and workforce operations.
Manage HR systems (HRMS), employee files, and data accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience
in HR Operations, preferably in a
Telecom or IT environment
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience handling multi-country HR operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
