The Staffing Guild is a recruitment & staffing consultancy based in Delhi NCR. We are looking for a proactive, motivated & learning-oriented HR Intern to join our team and assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
Role Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will handle the recruitment process
reporting to the Recruiting head and handle administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources,
offering exposure to practical HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
The role is 3 months long.
There is no associated stipend with this internship.
A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives to enhance company culture.
HR Administration: Help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
