Over 18 years of age and eligible to work
Degree in business administration, human resources management or any related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Organizational skill and excellent computer (Microsoft Office) skills

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects.
Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
Manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary
Assist with other ad-hoc requirements as needed
