HR operations, office management, and administrative support
, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full HR lifecycle in a growing, international environment.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel matters, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role involves close collaboration with management to support staffing needs, onboarding new hires, and fostering a structured, positive workplace culture.
In addition, this role includes office management responsibilities, administrative process formalization, and recruitment support when needed (not continuous mass hiring).

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Office management: oversee daily operations and coordinate on-site staff
Administrative tasks: formalize internal policies, guidelines, and workflows
Recruitment support as needed (occasional hiring, not mass recruitment)
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of
Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
Experience as an
HR Generalist
or in a broad HR operational role
Hands-on experience with
employee benefits and personnel administration
Proficiency in
HR software and administrative tools
Ability to work
independently

Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
