Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in administrative and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the event industry or similar.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to problem-solve and handle unexpected challenges with composure.
Proficiency in reporting skills and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
