Job Description
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry in Building Materials
- Assist Hr Manager in entire gamut of HR functions
- Manage recruitment, exit process
- Organise induction program
- Organise Employee engagement activities
- Assist HR Manager in Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in administrative activities - food catering, transport, visa process etc
- Handle employee issues
- Implement the HR policies
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Human Resources in manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- MBA in Human Resources (Preferred)
