Job Designation: Human Resources Executive Company: Shuraa Business Setup Job Brief: Shuraa is looking for a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be required to do all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company's strategy, practice, and objectives. Suitable candidate must have a proactive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overall HR strategies, tactics, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and procedures across the organization.
  • Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Provides high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on employee's effectiveness, efficiency, and confidence.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, payroll, and insurance.
  • Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits.
  • Collection of data and preparation of HR related reports as needed.
  • Review HR policies & procedures for accuracy and documentation.
  • Collate and prepare HR related information for HR recognition submissions in a timely manner.
  • Research & partner with different stakeholders on different HR related topics.
  • Coordinate in HR related projects covering talent development, benefits, and other initiatives.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Job Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or similar field.
  • Its mandatory to have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same industry.
  • Excellent Communication, Planning, Organization & Administrative skills
  • Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
