Human Resources Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department\xe2\x80\x99s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
QUALIFICATION
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manageror similar role
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • Real Estate experience is an advantage
