Job Description

1 Generating official Internal documents such as offer letters, employment letters, clearance for resigned employees salary slips and warning letters 2 Maintaining the benefits and attendance records for the employees 3 Managing employees onboarding functions from end-to-end including new hire orientation, and employment authorization verification 4 Handling travel allowances as well as the tracking of Timesheets for the company and client employees 5 Maintaining and updating employee records to reflect accurate information or changes in employment status 6 Maintaining Master Headcount, Leave tracker, Air Ticket eligibility and other benefits as per law 7 Provide support to employees in various HR -related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 8 Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews 9 Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 10 Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities 11 Ensure compliance with labor regulations 12 Preparing Payroll sheet for the monthly salary 13 Assisting PRO for any legalities needed for Change of sponsor application/ RP renewal / Work Permit /Working Visa 14 Calculating Full and Final Settlement of the employees Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
