Job Description

Our client, a distinguished semi-government company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Associate - Human Capital with a specialization in Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and administration of various human resources initiatives with a particular focus on talent development, program design, and systems administration, including Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Planning: Create and manage customized development plans for specific employee populations, aligning them with HR activities and organizational goals.
  • Program Design: Demonstrate a deep understanding of program design principles and be capable of designing effective talent development programs.
  • Program Effectiveness: Assess and measure the effectiveness of existing talent development programs, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Systems Administration: Act as a systems administrator, primarily for the Oracle LMS, and potentially QReview, the performance management system. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and maintaining all courses for the year 2024, enabling instructor access to update attendance and materials, generating and tracking evaluation forms, creating learning journeys, and assigning mandatory courses for current and new employees.
  • Journey Management: Once development plans are established, ensure their seamless integration into the Oracle LMS. Monitor the progress of development journeys, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • External Learning Platforms: Oversee access provisioning and reporting for external learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) for new and existing employees.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and reports, with meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management, program design, and HR systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
