A leading luxury property developer based in Dubai, renowned for delivering iconic residential developments that set new benchmarks for quality are seeking a Human Resources Director.This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring the business is equipped with the talent, frameworks, and leadership capability to deliver on its ambitious vision. The ideal candidate will bring proven HR leadership experience within real estate, luxury, or related industries in the region. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth objectives.Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes to ensure compliance with UAE labor law and best practices.Partner with the executive team to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.Design and implement performance management and reward strategies to support business outcomes.Champion learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and drive continuous improvement.Support Emiratization and diversity objectives in line with business priorities.Provide strategic advice on all people-related matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's or CIPD qualification preferred.Minimum 10+ years' HR experience.Proven track record in luxury property development, or luxury sectors mandatory.
