Provide pragmatic and pro-active human resource advisory and consultancy service to Keolis MHI, People Managers as well as supporting them with employee grievance. Responsible for HR reporting and coordinate HR project such as inclusion and diversity programme. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides advice and coaching to people managers and employees across their contracts on employee relations, performance management, talent management and absence management.
  • Supports the Deputy HR Director in the implementation and monitoring of the different HR project (Inclusion, diversity\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Ensures the quality of employee development plans, including performance or behavioural improvement plans to ensure that development plans and career planning is clear and the business is staffed with talented motivated people who play to their strengths to meet the business needs.
  • Ensures position descriptions and contract specific procedures are updated.
  • Undertakes analysis of people related metrics, data and trends, provides recommendations to the HR Manager, and regularly communicates with people managers to address identified employee relations issues across the business.
  • Acts as primary contact for information and advice regarding Keolis MHI HR procedures and processes and employment legislation.
  • Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Human Resources Manager.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice.
  • Knowledge of local employment legislation.

  • Have an up to date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR solutions.
  • Confident operating within a client-facing environment.
  • Relationship Management Skills: influencing, stakeholder management, dealing with and having difficult conversations.

EXPERIENCES
  • Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 generalist/operational HR experience;
  • Experience of handling complex employee relations cases, including redundancies,restructures, disciplinary and grievance cases;
  • Experience of coaching and influencing people managers;
  • Middle East experience is preferred.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent. A recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.
