Job Description

As the HR Associate your core responsibility will be to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent and apply effective and comprehensive people management.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Conduct manpower annual planning exercise to determine needs, through a consolidation and validation of all the needs received from the different units, and with considering the performance assessment decisions
  • Conduct manpower mid- term planning exercise to determine needs, to anticipate needs over the next 3 years
  • Detail Emiratization plan, as part of the recruitment plan, and ensure alignment with Emiratization requirements
  • Prepare annual recruitment plan, based on the manpower planning. This annual recruitment plan will include all categories of positions: full time, part-time, secondment, etc.
  • Develop the strategy for employment and workforce planning
  • Prepare the annual employment and workforce recruitment plan
  • Obtain approvals on the annual employment and workforce hiring plan
  • Develop the budget to support the employment and workforce hiring plan
  • Obtain approvals on the employment and workforce hiring budget, if applicable
  • Develop and maintain interviews guide and candidates assessment forms (form to assess from the CV to the interviews)
  • Develop and maintain required technical and behavioural tests, and define the tests to be conducted for different positions
  • Determine the terms and the steps of interviews and appointments, along with the check list of the questions to be covered during the interviews
  • Develop and implement the planned online/physical sourcing campaigns (in partnership with universities, job fairs, etc.)
  • Release job posting, as per the recruitment plan, on the different approved channels and platforms (including the recruitment agencies contracting with)
  • Launch and manage applications work flow for each job posting, based on the details received from the business units and the recruitment plan

The Successful candidate will have/be
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
  • More than 9 years of experience in an HR function - with min 3 to 4 years in UAE
  • Previous GCC experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
  • Strong critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and agility
  • Experience improving and designing HR related processes, practices, and policies
  • Strong ability to foster team collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work proactively to manage/complete projects with competing deadlines and produce accurate work
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing), persuade and influence stakeholders
The client is a large real estate based company in Abu Dhabi who are experiencing huge growth in their market, this role will report to the HR Manager and be part of a wider HR team.

A Salary of 25,000-30,000AED + additional benefits
