Job Description

:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Maintain digital and physical records of employees (e.g., contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.)
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating communication with candidates
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and onboarding forms
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Help organize and coordinate HR projects, events, and activities
Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
Understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
