Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Assist in processing leave, attendance, and payroll documentation.
Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in HR or related field.
Knowledge of basic HR functions and UAE labor law is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
