Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Protection
Handle and log all customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
Submit accurate reports through CBUAE CPRS and support regulatory filings.
Monitor compliance with CBUAE disclosure and fair treatment standards across branches.
Ensure visibility of rate boards, notices, and transparency measures in all locations.
Conduct internal audits on customer service behavior and maintain corrective action logs.
Deliver training and awareness sessions on consumer rights and data privacy.
Oversee protection of customer data and monitor any breaches or non-compliance.
HR Assistance
Maintain employee records, contracts, leave logs, warnings, and evaluations.
Support onboarding and exit processes, ensuring legal and internal compliance.
Track training completion and maintain registers for CBUAE-mandated programs.
Assist with attendance tracking, performance documentation, and policy roll-outs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Law, or Business.
2+ years in financial services or exchange house in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
CBUAE Consumer Protection
and
UAE Labour Law
.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Detail-oriented, ethical, and customer-focused.
