This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about people, communication, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support daily HR operations (e.g., timekeeping, attendance, and employee queries)
Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Assist in organizing HR documents and policy updates
Support payroll and benefits administration as needed
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
Have basic knowledge of according
Preferred (but not required).
Familiarity with basic labor laws and HR software
