Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of site employees across various projects.
Process and manage employee visas (new, renewals, cancellations) in coordination with PROs and government authorities.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and site assignment details.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to forecast manpower requirements.
Oversee HR operations for 500+ site-based employees, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
Experience
: Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE, specifically in manpower supply or contracting companies.
Must have managed visa processes for a workforce of at least 500 employees.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple site operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Hindi and English language proficiency; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
