Human Resource Officer . Lead day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties . Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department . Create, maintain and update employee information on the HR Management System . Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities . Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations . Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) . Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures . Conduct and effectively communicate employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth and effective execution of formalities. . Manage end to end of the recruitment lifecycle and document the process e.g., shortlist, interview, select candidates for all open positions, and liaise with hiring department heads . Ensure that all activities within the organization are compliant to internal policies and procedures as well as the Government's regulatory requirements. .... Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
