Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of UAE labor laws.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Literate in MS office application and computer savy
Key Responsibilities:
Take part in the recruitment process by posting, monitoring and screening applications.
Handle, facilitate and administer onboarding processes from legal documentation until employee joining inductions.
Handle, issue and monitor company assets and employee account activation and deactivations
Update and maintain employee records and HR data.
Create schedules and monitor attendance and employee biometrics
Support and implement performance evaluations and management processes.
Provide employee guidance on company policies and labor regulations.
Manage employee relations and help resolve workplace conflicts.
Prepare and administer benefits and payroll support in coordination with the finance team.
