responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong headhunter with UAE experience who can also manage HR processes, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and basic performance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for sales, leasing, marketing & operational roles
Aggressively source top talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and manage a talent pipeline for ongoing high-volume real estate hiring
Conduct structured interviews and sales competency assessments
Prepare job descriptions and optimize job ads for visibility and conversion
Provide weekly hiring dashboards and progress updates to leadership
Support employer branding initiatives and represent Preeminent at hiring events
Manage recruitment tools and performance data (ATS, evaluations, contracts)
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, access, orientation)
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in developing HR policies, company handbook, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking & benefits administration
Plan training initiatives and coordinate performance review cycles
Handle confidential employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Promote positive work culture, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives
Requirements
2-3 + years combined recruitment + HR experience in the UAE
Real estate or high-volume sales hiring experience is highly preferred
Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates
Excellent written & spoken English; Arabic a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, discreet, and proactive
Experience in Real estate field
