We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide crucial support in both Human Resources and Accounts functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in HR processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
Accounts:
Process accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain sales and other financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other financial documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR and/or accounting roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
