Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll details.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa processes, and company policies.
Oversee training and development programs.
Administration:
Handle office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
Maintain company documentation, contracts, and legal records.
Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and staff accommodations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and payroll processing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
