Monitor and maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records for boutiques and head office staff.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
Assist in preparing HR reports related to attendance, headcount, recruitment status, and employee data.
Coordinate with boutique managers and department heads on HR administrative matters.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including joining, transfers, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Provides support for offboarding and exit processes, government portal administration, and employee-related documentation.
Assists in communicating HR policies, supporting managers and employees, and maintaining accurate HR records.
