Role Purpose:

Full ownership of the automotive retail hub's business performance, operational excellence, and customer experience, ensuring profitability, brand reputation, and smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:



Strategic & Business Ownership



Full P&L ownership of the hub, driving revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency. Analyze assortment performance and take strategic calls to improve sell-through and reduce vehicle ageing. Provide competitive pricing inputs and oversee discount strategies to maximize sales. Improve Value-Added Services (VAS) penetration and customer acceptance rates. Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management of Delivery Associates (DAs) and key hub staff.

Operational Excellence



Oversee daily operations including roster management, discipline, and work allocation. Ensure rigorous tracking of Token-to-Delivery funnel and take corrective action where needed. Manage escalated customer cases with speed and empathy. Drive CEX (Customer Experience) improvement initiatives, ensuring NPS targets are met.

Property & Stakeholder Management



Maintain upkeep of showroom property, parking, and vehicle readiness. Liaise with hotel/property stakeholders for smooth operational collaboration. Manage logistics coordination, including deadstock reduction and wrong token cost optimization.

Team Leadership & Culture



Build a high-performance team culture with clear accountability and motivation. Coach team members for better sales pitch, process adherence, and customer engagement. Drive STR (Sell-Through Rate) improvements through team training and insight sharing.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in

P&L ownership

and driving business profitability. Strong background in

automotive retail operations

or similar hub/branch management. Exceptional

leadership skills

with a track record of building, coaching, and motivating teams. Data-driven mindset with advanced

analytical and decision-making abilities

. Excellent

stakeholder management

and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong

customer-centric approach

with experience in improving NPS and service quality. Expertise in

pricing strategy, discounting, and inventory management
