About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

HSSE Manager

to lead the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental functions for major construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of safety regulations, and a proven track record successfully managing HSSE on large-scale infrastructure projects of similar scope.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems for construction projects. Lead site safety teams and ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, environmental, and security standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on HSSE practices. Monitor site operations to ensure safe working environments and adherence to project HSSE plans. Report on HSSE performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience

in HSSE management within construction projects of similar size and complexity. Experience serving as a

Safety Manager (or equivalent)

on

at least 4 projects of similar scope

. Valid

NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA

certification or

equivalent internationally recognized qualification

.
