Hsse Lead Engineer – Operations
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local and international HSSE regulations.
Provide HSSE training and awareness programs.
Collaborate with operational teams to integrate HSSE into daily activities.
Report on HSSE performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
15+ years of experience in HSSE management, preferably in operations.
Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in incident investigation and risk assessment.
Relevant HSSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
