In all we do HSEW & Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) plays a vital role, and we wish to drive BeyondZero and ESG throughout our entire Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process. As a Sales Operations Professional - HSE & ESG you will be the vital link between Jacobs Regional HSE and Sales Operations teams in providing ongoing support ensuring to meet our Health Safety and Environment policies and expectations, in accordance with the Jacobs Business Management System.

You will join opportunities to help differentiate Jacobs through Jacobs HSE & ESG programs, be part of opportunity teams that win work, while contributing to delivery approaches that can safely deliver the project. Part of the delivery approach development is early identification of Health Safety and Environment and ESG risks, mitigations as well as the opportunities associated with a task, project, or program to add value. You are developing and managing HSE & ESG content to respond to our clients during Opening/Middle/End Game, and within our organization. You will be involved in developing the training and onboarding materials that showcase how HSEW & sustainability fit within our RBS approach and jointly form a belief system that differentiates Jacobs. You\'ll take ownership of promoting, driving, and implementing our HSEW & sustainability culture and Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) culture in our pursuits and support in call planning and Client engagement. Alongside this you will be in a position to support the sales processes and close-out procedures to comply with governance and audit requirements, across various gates and review stages and build a HSEW & sustainability repository.

This role provides a great opportunity to be an advocate of HSE & ESG, design solutions and lead by example, when implementing the following skills:
  • Listen - to our partners on how client challenges relating to HSE and ESG are turned into opportunities.
  • Think - with your partners on how to embed HSE and ESG within our value offering to the client.
  • Sell - the solution by contributing a proposition in a compliant proposal.
  • Do - support our partners deliver the HSE and ESG approach and capture the stories for the next sales opportunity!
Here\'s What You\'ll Need:

As a successful candidate you will have a diploma or degree in HSE or related field with a sound knowledge of OSHAD & Wider UAE Federal Regulations. You will have the ability to apply active listening and engagement techniques, including LAER, to build strong relationships with all stakeholders relating to winning work and developing HSEW & sustainability confidence when shaping opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to conduct client, competitor, and market research as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development, working in core sales systems including proprietary Salesforce-based Client Success Platform (CSP). You must have a strong character and be able to challenge unsafe situations and be solutions inspired. You must have excellent English language skills, excellent IT and be proficient in presenting and communicating to project stakeholders at all levels.
