HSE SUPERVISOR Candidates shall have bachelor degree. Candidates shall have International certificates in Safety. Candidates shall have minimum 10 years of overseas experience. Coordinate area-specific HSS Management System, making adjustments as necessary in response to area specific requirements. Advise the management team on HSS issues. Participate in TRAs and attend crew START meetings, etc. Initiate corrective action through line supervisor or Project HSS Management System refinement. Establish a system to ensure all actions identified during planned inspections, incident investigations and HSS communications are tracked to completion. Conduct area compliance inspections, provide feedback to area supervision. Assist in incident investigations, regulatory compliance audits, project health surveys, and insurance audits. Carry out toolbox talks, Risk Assessments and task assessments with the operatives whenever required.
