HSE Documentation Experience:

Preparation and maintenance of: HSE Plans, Policies, and Procedures Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) Safety Observation Reports (SORs) Incident Investigation Reports Daily/Weekly/Monthly HSE Reports Environmental Monitoring Logs PPE Inspection and Maintenance Records Ensured all documentation aligns with client requirements and international HSE standards. Liaised with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections; ensured full documentation readiness. Will be an advantage who can contribute to Quality documentation as well

Experience in Oil & Gas Process Plants:

Supported maintenance and shutdown activities with HSE supervision. Conducted regular site inspections to ensure safe working conditions in hazardous zones. Oversaw hot work, confined space, working at height, and lifting operations in coordination with the PTW system. Coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to enforce safety procedures and corrective actions. Facilitated HAZOP, HAZID, and SIMOPS reviews where applicable.

Certifications:

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)

OSHA 30-Hour (General/Construction Industry) - optional ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Awareness or Lead Auditor - optional

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science / Occupational Health & Safety / Related Field Additional HSE-related diplomas or training - if applicable
