Hse Site Advisor
Job Description
This person shall provide HSE support and assistance to Project Teams and work closely with HSE Team Lead/Manager, Construction Manager and FEED/EPC Contractor to prepare for the safe execution of work. He/she shall be responsible for identifying HSE related issues that affect the safe execution of work and will verify and monitor FEED/EPC Contractors' compliance with relevant UAE HSE Codes of Practice and other applicable industry HSE requirements, as well as ADNOC related policies, plans, procedures and guidelines.
He/she will be able to promote safe working systems, conduct incident investigations, and monitor the proper application of the Work Management Permit to Work system, SIMOPS and associated Job Safety Analysis, as well as other approved HSE and contractor related policies, plans, procedures and guidelines.
He/she shall have the following qualifications and work experience:
- At least 15 years of total experience
- 10 years of Offshore Oil & Gas Sector experience
- 3 years of similar position in PMC Organization
- Should have a Degree of BSc. in Engineering or equivalent or Certified Construction Health & Safety Practitioner (NEBOSH or equivalent) or equivalent.
He/she should possess good communication and language skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work with people across a diversity of cultures.
