to join our operational teamimmediately
in Doha.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor the company's
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance withQatar Labor Law
,Ashghal
,QCS
, andMOI
safety standards for all ongoing projects. Conductrisk assessments
,toolbox talks
, andsafety inductions
for site staff and subcontractors. Monitor all project sites to ensure compliance with safety requirements, PPE use, and approved method statements. Investigate and reportaccidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions
, recommending preventive and corrective actions. Prepare and maintainHSE reports, inspection logs, and incident documentation.
Promote a strongsafety culture
and ensure continuous training and awareness among all personnel. Coordinate with project managers and QA/QC teams to ensure integrated compliance with HSE standards.Qualifications:For HSE / Safety Engineer:
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering, Environmental Science, or Safety Management.
Experience:
Minimum5 years
in HSE roles within construction or ITS-related projects. Must hold validNEBOSH IGC
,IOSH
, or equivalent HSE certification. Strong understanding ofQCS 2024
,Ashghal
, andMOI safety requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred:
Candidates currently residing in Qatar withNOC
andimmediate availability.
For Safety Officer:
Diploma or Certificate in
Occupational Health and Safety
or related field.Experience:
Minimum3 years
in construction or maintenance safety operations. Must hold validNEBOSH / OSHA
certification. Good knowledge ofsite safety procedures
,PPE standards
, andemergency response protocols.
Preferred:
English-speaking candidates withtransferable visa
andNOC.
Availability:
Must be able tojoin immediately.
