We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer / Engineer with strong oil & gas industry experience to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will serve as a Training Provider, delivering certified HSE courses, conducting training sessions, and carrying out trainee assessments. As a third-party training provider, we support candidates to become approved HSE Trainers for various courses. Candidates who are already ADNOC-approved HSE Officers will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver HSE training programs.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and competency checks for trainees.
Develop, update, and implement HSE training materials in line with UAE and international standards.
Ensure training meets ADNOC and regulatory body requirements.
Promote safety culture and provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
Conduct incident case studies and integrate them into training for practical learning.
Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
Liaise with management and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
3-5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry (UAE/GCC preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH certification (required).
ADNOC-approved HSE Officer (preferred).
Experience in training delivery and trainee assessments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, ISO standards, and risk management.
