KTS is seeking a qualified

HSE Officer

to support rig move and heavy equipment relocation activities. The role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing safety procedures to ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce safety standards during rig move and heavy equipment relocation activities. Conduct risk assessments before and during operations and implement required control measures. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, proper use of PPE, and validity of safety and operational documents. Conduct and document toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to work. Supervise lifting and transportation operations to ensure safe execution. Conduct daily HSE meetings to align personnel with safety and operational objectives. Arrange work permits and ensure compliance with site and company safety requirements. Perform safety analysis and risk assessments in accordance with HSE standards. Prepare daily safety reports, including load lists and operational documentation. Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare required safety reports. Coordinate with rig move teams, transport crews, and contractors to ensure safe operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in oil & gas, rig move, or heavy transport operations. Strong knowledge of HSE standards, lifting operations, and heavy equipment safety. Relevant certifications such as

NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA

, or equivalent (preferred). Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations. Strong communication and reporting skills.
