We are looking for a

dedicated and proactive Safety Officer

to join our team and ensure a safe, compliant, and productive working environment across our factory and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices. Ensure all employees follow safety rules and wear proper PPE (safety shoes, helmets, goggles, etc.). Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams to eliminate workplace risks. Report safety concerns to management and assist in corrective actions. Carry out housekeeping checks to keep the workspace clean and hazard-free. Encourage employees to participate in safety programs and share safety suggestions. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training for all staff and contractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare and submit detailed reports. Monitor statutory compliance and support ISO 9001/14001/45001 auditing activities. Inspect firefighting equipment regularly and support emergency readiness. Maintain safety records, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of UAE Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup preferred. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certifications are an advantage. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
