Qualifications:
Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in construction/site safety.
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
