Job Description

:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with NEBOSH Certificate to ensure the safety of our project sites, with a focus on substation projects. The successful candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and promote a culture of safety among all staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, company policies, and client requirements. Liaise with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding safety matters. Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HSE standards for substation projects. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
