Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH IGC certification, be ADNOC-approved, and have at least 5 years of hands-on HSE experience in the oil and gas sector. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with ADNOC and international guidelines. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks to ensure site safety. Monitor worksite activities to ensure compliance with HSE protocols and ADNOC HSE requirements. Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Coordinate safety drills and emergency response training sessions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for submission to the HSE Manager and ADNOC representatives. Liaise with ADNOC and third-party auditors during HSE inspections and audits. Promote a culture of continuous HSE improvement and awareness among site personnel and subcontractors.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in HSE roles, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field

Skills:

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, incident investigation, emergency response planning, and report writing
