Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of HSE experience
in the
Oil & Gas sector

Must have
valid QatarEnergy (QE) HSE approval

Must hold
valid Dukhan e-PTW (HSE discipline)
.
Certified in
NEBOSH IGC
or equivalent HSE qualification.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and emergency response.
Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in high-risk environments and handle multiple site activities.

Monitor and enforce site safety measures during all phases of work, including maintenance and shutdowns.
Conduct
hazard identification

risk assessments

safety audits
.
Participate in
toolbox talks

safety inductions
, and training programs.
Ensure proper implementation of
LOTO
,
confined space entry
,
hot work
, and other critical procedures.
Verify the validity and proper usage of work permits before and during job execution.
Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with site supervisors, PTW coordinators, and QE representatives.
Maintain daily and weekly HSE reports and site documentation.
